Delivery Policy

At Rosa, we strive to ensure same-day delivery, working efficiently to achieve this.

• Orders for same-day delivery are accepted until 9:30 PM.
• We attempt to contact the recipient multiple times, and if there is no response by 9:30 PM, the delivery will be postponed to the next day.
• Standard delivery is based on the courier's route and the scheduling of customers according to the delivery schedule.
• For express delivery, the order will be delivered within 60 to 90 minutes.
• Currently, delivery services are only available within the Riyadh area, and we are working on expanding to other regions soon.
• If you wish to deliver multiple bouquets to different recipients, please place a separate order for each recipient.

In case the recipient refuses the gift or if delivery is not possible.

• If the gift is refused by the recipient or if delivery cannot be made, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return of the order.
• You can provide us with an alternative recipient's number within 48 hours, and if not provided, the order will be delivered directly to the buyer.

Product Order Details and Prices

In the Rosa app, we strive to display products and their colors with high accuracy to match your expectations. However, the appearance of colors may be affected by your device's screen settings, which we cannot control.

• We are committed to offering competitive prices and special deals, but prices may vary between the website and the retail outlets.
• Product availability and prices are subject to change based on stock, and we reserve the right to modify them when necessary.
• We have the right to contact the customer after payment to discuss the possibility of waiting for a certain period if the requested product or color is out of stock.
